During the vigorous military age, Solider and battlefield are the most vivid marks in the land of Kinmen. “Kow Kun Beef Jerky” initially established in 1973 is formerly known as “Kow Kun Food & Beverage Division” the most familiar among local soldiers.

Since long time, the boss has been focusing on cooking skill. With strict demand for fresh meat, and very much familiar with each part of beef and the suitable cooking technique and seasoning by using natural spices and sauces, each piece of baked beef bears the specific craft and knowledge of this Old Master.
